1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by Alpha & Omega Coaching & Consultancy ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing our website, booking a service, purchasing a program, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Alpha & Omega Coaching & Consultancy provides coaching, consultancy, leadership development, wellbeing support, personality assessments, workshops, training programs, and related services to individuals and organizations.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Remote Partner – Individual

• Business Remote Partner – Consultation

• Leadership Skills Coaching

• Purpose Coaching

• Online Wellness Coaching

• KEYS Personality Assessment

• Workshops and Training Programs

• Organizational Wellbeing Services

• Leadership Development Programs

Services are delivered primarily online. In-person sessions may be arranged where practical and mutually agreed.

3. Eligibility

​

Clients must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Booking and Payment

​

All fees are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through the Wix platform using the payment methods available at checkout.

Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For corporate services, training programs, retainers, or customized projects, separate agreements and invoices may apply.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

5. Packages, Programs and Retainers

​

Coaching packages, training programs, and retainer agreements may be offered from time to time.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Packages are non-transferable.

• Packages are non-refundable.

• Sessions included in a package must be used within the agreed timeframe.

• Unused sessions may expire after the agreed period.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

​

6.1 Notice Requirement

Clients must provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session.

Notice must be provided via email, booking platform, or another agreed communication channel.

​

6.2 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session will be charged at 100% of the session fee.

​

6.3 No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a no-show. No refund, credit, or replacement session will be provided.

​

6.4 Rescheduling

Sessions rescheduled with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice may be moved to another available time without additional charge.

​

6.5 Online Sessions

Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate internet connectivity and access to the agreed platform.

Technical issues on the client's side may be treated as a no-show at our discretion.

6.6 In-Person Sessions

Clients are expected to arrive on time.

Late arrivals do not extend the session duration.

6.7 Emergency Circumstances

Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies, including medical or family emergencies, at our sole discretion.

6.8 Coach-Initiated Changes

If we must cancel or reschedule a session, an alternative appointment, credit, or refund will be offered where appropriate.

7. Coaching and Consultancy Disclaimer

​

Coaching and consultancy services are intended to support personal, professional, and organizational development.

Our services are not a substitute for:

• Medical advice

• Psychological treatment

• Psychiatric care

• Therapy or counselling

• Legal advice

• Financial advice

Clients remain solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and results.

While we strive to support meaningful growth and development, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

8. Client Responsibilities

​

Clients agree to:

• Participate actively in the coaching process.

• Provide accurate information.

• Respect agreed appointment times.

• Communicate honestly and professionally.

• Take responsibility for decisions made during or after coaching engagements.

9. Corporate and Organizational Clients

​

Organizations engaging our services are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information regarding participants.

• Ensuring appropriate attendance and participation.

• Obtaining any necessary internal approvals.

Unless otherwise agreed, the organization remains responsible for payment of contracted services.

10. Confidentiality

​

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to the client or others.

For organizational engagements, confidentiality boundaries may be clarified separately in writing.

11. Intellectual Property

​

All content, materials, frameworks, assessments, presentations, training materials, resources, articles, blogs, downloads, and methodologies provided by Alpha & Omega Coaching & Consultancy remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Clients may use materials for personal or internal organizational purposes only.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, published, modified, or shared commercially without prior written consent.

12. Website Content

​

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, update, remove, or discontinue any service, content, pricing, or offering without prior notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha & Omega Coaching & Consultancy shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses

• Consequential losses

• Loss of income

• Loss of business opportunities

• Personal decisions made by clients

• Technical interruptions beyond our control

Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Dutch and European Union privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

15. Suspension or Refusal of Service

​

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where:

• A client breaches these Terms & Conditions.

• Payment obligations are not met.

• Behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

• Continued engagement would be unethical or unsafe.

16. Force Majeure

​

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

17. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
