1. General Policy

​

At Alpha & Omega Coaching & Consultancy, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, consultancy, training, and wellbeing services. Due to the nature of our services and the time reserved specifically for each client, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

By purchasing or booking any service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Individual Coaching Sessions

​

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice in accordance with our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Where a cancellation is made more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session and no rescheduling is requested, a refund may be requested and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment.

• Missed appointments or no-shows.

• Sessions that have already taken place.

• Partial attendance of a session.

3. Coaching Packages and Prepaid Services

​

Coaching packages and prepaid sessions are purchased with the understanding that time and resources are reserved in advance.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Packages are non-refundable.

• Packages are non-transferable.

• Unused sessions may not be exchanged for cash.

• Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be deducted from the package balance.

Exceptions may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Alpha & Omega Coaching & Consultancy.

4. Workshops, Training Programs and Organizational Services

​

For workshops, training sessions, organizational wellbeing services, and consultancy engagements:

Client Cancellation

​

• Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled delivery date may be eligible for a refund, less any administrative or preparation costs already incurred.

• Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of delivery are generally non-refundable.

Corporate and Organizational Contracts

​

Where services are delivered under a separate proposal, contract, or service agreement, the refund and cancellation terms contained within that agreement shall prevail.

5. Personality Assessments and Reports

Personality assessments, assessment reports, profiles, and related materials become non-refundable once:

• The assessment has been purchased and activated;

• Access has been provided;

• A report has been generated;

• Interpretation or feedback has been delivered.

6. Coach-Initiated Cancellations

​

If Alpha & Omega Coaching & Consultancy must cancel a service and cannot provide a suitable alternative date or replacement service, clients will be offered one of the following:

• A full refund;

• A credit toward future services;

• A mutually agreed rescheduled appointment.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

​

We understand that unforeseen situations may occur.

Refund requests arising from genuine emergencies, including serious illness, family emergencies, or exceptional circumstances, may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Supporting documentation may be requested.

Any exception granted shall be entirely at the discretion of Alpha & Omega Coaching & Consultancy.

8. Processing Refunds

​

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted where legally permitted.
