Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Alpha & Omega Coaching & Consultancy Our services are primarily delivered online, with in-person sessions available by arrangement. We value your commitment and ask that you respect the time reserved exclusively for you. 1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any scheduled session, whether online or in person. Notice must be provided via email, booking system, or an agreed communication channel. The 24-hour notice period is calculated from the scheduled session start time. 2. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a charge of 100% of the session fee. 3. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled session—online or in person—without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund, credit, or reschedule will be offered. 4. Rescheduling Sessions rescheduled with 24 hours or more notice may be moved to another available time at no additional cost. Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice are treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable. 5. Online Sessions For online sessions: Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to the agreed platform. Technical issues on the client’s side that prevent attendance are treated as a no-show, unless otherwise agreed at the coach’s discretion. 6. In-Person Sessions For in-person sessions: Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival does not extend the session duration. Travel time and venue arrangements are factored into the booking; therefore, late cancellations or no-shows remain fully chargeable. 7. Emergency Exceptions We recognise that genuine emergencies may occur. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion in cases of: Medical emergencies Family emergencies Unforeseen critical circumstances Supporting documentation may be requested. Exceptions are not guaranteed. 8. Packages & Prepaid Sessions Late-cancelled or missed sessions are deducted from the package balance. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing. 9. Coach-Initiated Cancellations If the coach must cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be offered: A rescheduled session at no additional cost, or A refund or credit, where applicable. 10.
